Consignment with Sweet Pickins

The Consignor is you.

Sweet Pickins will sell anywhere from one item to a whole estate for you.

Bring in your consignment items

Tuesday thru SATURDAY, Noon to 5:00 pm

 

When bringing in your items, please allow time to fill out an inventory form to list all of the items, any suggested prices, and any information you may have regarding its age and/or details you know about it (i.e. family history, country of origin, etc) that could help price it.

 

 » » ALL ITEMS SHOULD BE CLEAN AND IN GOOD CONDITION « «

We pride ourselves in selling quality, gently used items, so please be sure they are clean and in good condition (antiques and collectibles will have special consideration of its condition). If you have furniture to be consigned, please call for an appointment. We also ask for a picture (and dimensions, if you have them), so we can determine if and when there is room for it.

» » ITEMS WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT « «

We are sorry we are unable to accept these items unless they are vintage or antique (in alphabetical order): Appliances, bedspreads, box springs, CDs, computers (and their equipment), clothing, DVDs, exercise equipment, mattresses, plastic furniture or plastic children’s toys, rugs, televisions and tapes (cassette, reel-to-reel or VCR).

 

» » PRICING « «

We can price it together, you may price it yourself or you may choose to have Sweet Pickins do all of the pricing. However, we want the price to be fair to all so Sweet Pickins will have to have the final pricing authority. The consigned items remain the possession of the Consignor and will stay on sale until it is sold or picked up by the Consignor, at any time after 90 days, with no charge.

All items are reduced 10% of the original price every month, until the item sells or is picked up by the consignor. Lowest selling price on reductions is 50% of the original price.

After eighteen (18) months, Sweet Pickins has the right to mark items as final-sale reduced prices or donate them to charity.

Consignor = 50% / Sweet Pickins = 50%

 

» » HOW YOU ARE PAID « «

Consignment payments to the consignor will be ready on the 10th of the month for the prior month’s sales. Checks & statements not picked up by the consignor by the last day of each month will be mailed, less $1.00 for mailing.
